Nestled in the heart of beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Epic Aviation has selected Lyme Stone Ranch as the elite accommodation for our future pilots. Take a dip in our outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, play tennis or cricket on our lighted court or grab a buddy for a game of basketball.

The fitness center is open 24-hours for your convenience. The lush, tropical landscaping on 20 acres of property is great for spending time outside.

Within this beautiful location you will find two bedroom/two bathroom large apartments that are over 900 square feet. This facility includes swimming pools, heated spa, a tennis court, and basketball court, workout facility with state-of-the-art equipment, laundry facilities, and beautiful landscaping.

Each unit includes a full kitchen and living area, and screened in lanai. Epic Aviation furnishes the utilities, cable television, and WI-FI Internet.
