Nestled in the heart of beautiful Port Orange, Florida, Epic Aviation has selected Ocean Oaks as the elite accommodation for our future pilots. Ocean Oaks is a community in itself. Take a dip in our 2 outdoor swimming pools, play tennis or cricket on our lighted court or grab a buddy for a game of basketball.

The fitness center is open 24-hours for your convenience. The lush, tropical landscaping on 15 acres of property is great for spending time outside.

Within this beautiful location you will find two bedroom/two bathroom large apartments that are over 1000 square feet. This facility includes two swimming pools, a tennis court, and basketball court, workout facility with state-of-the-art equipment, laundry facilities, and beautiful landscaping.

Each unit includes a full kitchen and living area, and screened in porch. Epic Aviation furnishes the utilities, cable television, and WI-FI Internet.
