Aviation 1550 Career Course

Epic Flight Academy is proud to present an exciting opportunity for students to complete a FAA Commercial Multi Engine Pilot License, Certified Flight Instructor Initial, Certified Flight Instructor Instrument, Certified Flight Instructor Multi Engine, B.S. Degree in aerospace curriculum, and 1400 hour Co-op Opportunity. 1550 + hours earned by course completion! While flight training students are enrolled into one of our affiliate university’s bachelor degree programs to integrate flight training with advanced learning.


Upon completion of Certified Flight Instructor courses students can begin their aviation career working as a flight instructor here in the United States on our 1400 hour Cooperative Program while working on B.S. Degree.  This program was created for students seeking a professional career by combining a university degree with on-the-job experience as a Certified Flight Instructor to prepare the student both in skill and credentials for a promising future in the aviation industry.


Requirements:

  •  A burning desire to become a professional pilot
  • Complete 3 Step Application process
  • Be available for a personal interview to be conducted via Skype by assigned Admission Representative
  • Submit proof of personal funds to cover tuition, travel and living expenses for the duration of training.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 17 years of age or older
  • Required to read, write and speak English

* Important Notice: This reduction of pricing and cost includes a pay for job / training (PFT /PFJ) program where a student is applying virtual credit to synthetically reduce the cost of tuition. After completion flight training, a student maintaining a current F-1 US visa will be permitted employment at Epic Aviation, Inc. The amount notated of $28,500 is earned wages while performed the duties of a Certified Flight Instructor. The full $74,603 net tuition will be paid in advance prior to employment at Epic Aviation, Inc; only after working and earning wages equal $28,500 is the cost of the course $47,103.


1400 Hour Co-op Opportunity is a structured method of combining classroom-based education with practical work experience. Our Certified Flight Instructor cooperative education experience will provide credit towards flight training for instruction. This helps in the school-to-work transition, payment of tuition, and graduates participating in the co-op log 1400 flight hours.
